The Ernie Bucio Little Big Band performs music from the Jazz/Swing Band era of the 1930's-40's all the way up to modern jazz.  The group can be a "little big band" of about 8 musicians with an approximate instrumentation of 2-3 saxophones, 1 trumpet, 1 trombone, 2-3 rhythm section (drums & bass/piano) and a vocalist.  The fully complimented "big band" has an instrumentation of about 16 pieces.  The instrumentation of this group includes 5 saxophones, 2-3 trumpets, 2-3 trombones, full rhythm section (piano, bass, drums & guitar) and a vocalist.
