GOTTSCHALKS CONCERT BAND SPRING CONCERT, SUN. APRIL 29

The Gottschalks Community Concert Band will be having their SPRING CONCERT on SUN. APRIL 29 at 3 pm at the First United Methodist Church in downtown Modesto.  First United Methodist is located at 850 16th St. Modesto, CA.

CONCERT BAND MEMBERS:  Our next rehearsal is on April 22 at La Loma Jr. High School.

MODESTO JAZZ FESTIVAL, SAT. MAY 19

This years Modesto Jazz Festival theme will be "What a Wonderful World - A Tribute To Ernie Bucio" The festival will be on Sat. May 19 at the Clarion Hotel located at 1612 Sisk Rd.  It will be an all day event where one price gets you into everything including the grand finale LEGENDS CONCERT at 7:30 pm.  The Legends Concert will include Mike Vax, Josh Pfeiffer, Mic Gillete & long time Modesto fan Bill Watrous!   Tickets are $30 at the door or you can pre-order your tickets for $25 by calling Gottschalks Music Center at 523-5326.  You can even order your tickets online.

GOLDEN GATE BAND FESTIVAL

The Gottschalks Community Concert Band will also be participating in the Golden Gate Band Festival on Sun., June 10.  Our performance time will be at 4 pm at the Spreckels Temple of Music inside Golden Gate Park (the park is right next to the Academy of Sciences)

MOBAND FUNDRAISER

The Little Big Band & The Gottschalks Community Concert Band will be performing at the MoBand Fundraiser on Fri. June 29 at Graceda Park.

CERES CONCERTS IN THE PARK

The Community Band will be the featured group performing on Tues. July 3rd at Ceres's Concerts in The Park in downtown Ceres.

TURLOCK 4TH OF JULY CONCERT

And finally, the Community Band will be performing at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds for the 4th of July Concert.  Come out and join us for an evening of music & fireworks!
